Discover Your Dream Home
DISCOVER THE SEDONA LIFESTYLE WITH CINDY CHAPMAN- Cindy is active in various segments of real estate to include; residential, second homes and retirement lifestyle. "The Sedona real estate market remains brisk as we are in high season at this time. Sedona is a wonderful place to call home. I love the feeling of peace I feel every day. The awe inspiring red rock views serve as an ideal background for golf, hiking and visiting nearby shops and galleries. My greatest satisfaction is in helping people and real estate is a venue in which I can accomplish this."
Cindy relocated to Sedona permanently in 2008 after a highly successful career. She was employed by a "Fortune 50" corporation as a marketing professional when she first visited Sedona in 2000. She was playing golf with clients in a corporate event at The Phoenix Open when she first saw the "red rock views" of Sedona which would forever change her life.
Cindy has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida which has provided her a competitive edge when marketing her clients' properties. She sold luxury properties for a private developer for several years and brings that experience with her.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and practicing yoga. She is especially proud of her two children, Alec and Catherine. Alec is attending Arizona State University and Catherine attends Pepperdine University.
Cindy is a Charter Member of the Village of Oak Creek Rotary Club and Board Member (2017-2018) of the Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors. I look forward to representing you in a professional, courteous and confidential manner.
